Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) was the first martial art to dominate the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and it remains one of the most effective forms of self-defence and an essential component of modern MMA. 

“The Art of Eight Limbs” is one of the most devastating striking arts in the world. Utilizing punches, elbows, kicks and knees. Muay Thai teaches ring-proven techniques for the competitive arena and self-defence.

An intricate and challenging sport, boxing calls for the use of punches combined with head movement, footwork, timing, intuition, power and speed. “The sweet science” is a simple art to learn but a difficult art to master. 

Our wrestling program teaches takedowns, takedown defence and positional dominance for mixed martial arts, allowing you to dictate the flow of the fight. Wrestling is a fantastic for developing explosive power, strength, balance and leverage skills.
