Absolute’s Children’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) program is designed for kids aged 3 to 15, helping them develop essential life skills in a fun, structured, and supportive environment.

BJJ is a grappling-based martial art that teaches children how to control an opponent using technique and leverage—rather than strength alone. It’s an ideal way for kids to build confidence, coordination, and resilience, all while learning practical self-defence.

Our classes are tailored to your child’s age and stage of development, with an appropriate level of contact to ensure their safety and comfort at every step.

More than just a martial art, BJJ at Absolute teaches respect, discipline, leadership, and focus—qualities that extend far beyond the mats and into everyday life. Your child will learn to face challenges with confidence and become bully-proof in the process.
