Please note that all regular classes will not be operating on the Grand Final public holiday, however our locations will be open for members to use the gym facilities during the following times:

MELBOURNE CBD – 8:30am to 10am
(weights/conditioning areas open)

ST KILDA – 10am to 12pm
(Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu open mat)

COLLINGWOOD – 2pm to 4pm
(weights/conditioning areas open)

If you normally train BJJ at Melbourne CBD or Collingwood, we would encourage you to head across to St Kilda as there will be a joint location open mat running!

Please also note we will be operating as normal on Saturday (30/09/2017).

Please note that due to filming there will be limited gym access and no 7.30PM Boxing class on Monday, August 28 at Absolute MMA Collingwood. All other classes will run as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience.

On Saturday, June 3 2017 Absolute MMA Collingwood will host Absolute MMA’s first Amateur MMA Competition!

8 Kids from Absolute MMA competed this weekend!
Gretchen (6yrs old), Fletcher (7), Eddie (6), Maxxy (8), Jonah and Jayda (7), Nacinta (9), and Logan (9)

All the kids performed amazingly! Some of them were even in the same division duking out a friendly but competitive match!

The Dominance kids competition was an amazingly run competition and 3 of our students manage to take home some medals!

Nacinta takes the gold for her division! Her progress and her dedication has been amazing! I’m looking forward to seeing more of her potential!

Logan placed 2nd with a silver medal after only having less than 10 classes! He really impressed everyone with his athletic style and strong will!

Maxxy got the gold medal he’s been hunting! He’s been training awhile now with me. He has a very exciting style and we look forward to seeing him compete again.

There will be no classes at any Absolute location on Monday, 13 March due to the Labour Day Public Holiday.

Our new St Kilda gym will host an open mat from 10am to 12pm. If you’re looking for a roll, try to get to St Kilda!

The CBD will be open from 1pm to 2.30pm.

Collingwood will be closed for the day.
